Service Description

In this class we will explore the energetic and healing properties of Sambucus canadensis and discuss the many different ways one can incorporate this Virginia native plant into one’s lifestyle, to aid in balancing the mind, body and spirit. We will review various recipes, herbal washes and baths, flower essences and more! A plant spirit meditation will conclude this class. The cost of the class includes a Sambucus canadensis (2QT) for each attendee to take home!
